Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has received the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the fourteen-day period has expired.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard option offered by us).
The refund will be made promptly and no later than fourteen (14) days after the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed; no fees will be charged for this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods promptly and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3. Returns
Returns must be sent at your own expense unless the item was faulty or incorrectly delivered.
Please return items in their original packaging, including jewelry box, pouch, and certificates.

4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or repair as soon as possible.
6. International Orders
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid fees or incorrect address details, the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
7. Withdrawal Form
We are required by law to provide the following model withdrawal form, which you may — but are not obliged to — use.
