I. Shipping within Germany

1.1 For deliveries within Germany, a flat shipping fee of €6.00 applies per order.

1.2 Orders with a total value above €200 are shipped free of charge within Germany.

1.3 Orders are usually shipped within 5 -7 business days after payment has been received.

II. International Shipping

2.1 EU Countries

Shipping to the following EU countries is charged at a flat rate of €16.00 per order:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

2.2 Non-EU Countries

For deliveries to non-EU countries, a flat shipping fee of €22.00 per order applies.

For shipments outside the European Union, additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, or bank transfer fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

III. Delivery Times

Orders are typically shipped via DHL within 5 -7 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Please note that international delivery may take a few days longer depending on the destination country.

We have no control over delays caused by customs clearance or international postal services.
